We want you to love your MIKUTA pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original protective bags and include the return form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
